It was recently brought to my attention that a figure of Han Solo frozen in carbonite was brought onto the set by Nathan Fillion because he was such a huge Star Wars fan. As a joke the cast would place Han around the set and sometimes leave him there during filming. The rumor is that Han appears in every episode, but here are some images I found from geekfemme.blogspot.com

nathan fillion is not only a handsome man, but a truly stand up guy.  he handed out these cards this past weekend at comic con to make sure that fans who approached him knew he cared even if his was unable to stop for them.
